COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM
At The Cerberus Company, we believe that every dog deserves access to high-quality training, regardless of circumstance. The Community Support Program is designed to ensure dogs receive the guidance they need — whether to get started, manage longer-term training, or address behavioural challenges that affect safety and wellbeing.
This program is structured to support owners and their families, and to allow others to contribute in a responsible, transparent way.
Support for Owners and Their Families
The Community Support Program is available to owners and their families who:
Wish to begin training but face challenges in covering the full cost.
Need guidance to address behavioural issues before they escalate.
Could benefit from reduced-cost or fully supported sessions, whether to get started or to progress in a longer training plan.
Program Process:
Schedule a Free Evaluation Session — we assess the dog, discuss training goals, and determine what level of support is appropriate.
A training plan is developed, which may include reduced or fully supported sessions based on the dog’s needs and program resources.
One-on-one sessions are provided with the same professional standards applied to all clients.
The program is designed to help dogs thrive while providing practical support to owners and their families.
Support Through Contributions
Individuals who wish to assist may contribute to the Community Support Program.
Contributions are applied directly to training sessions for participating dogs and their owners.
All funds are used exclusively for program support — nothing else.
The Cerberus Company is not a registered charity, and tax receipts cannot be provided.
This approach allows the community to pay it forward in a clear, professional, and sustainable way, helping more dogs access the training they need.
Who the Program Serves
The Community Support Program is intended for:
Owners and their families who want to begin or continue training but require financial or practical support.
Dogs whose behavioural challenges affect safety, confidence, or quality of life.
Owners and families navigating temporary obstacles, whether financial, logistical, or situational.
